We worked simultaneously on two projects for designer Sara Millar.
The second was a site for Sparkle Leisure, an organisation run by the Church of Scotland's CrossReach. It aims to provide holidays and leisure activities for people who need support and assistance.
Sara's company had produced a print brochure for the 2011 holidays available and produced a website design to fit in with the look of the brochure. She then contacted us and asked us to make the design into a working website.
We set up the design to Sara's specification and provided a number of features including the system selecting random pictures of destinations for pages other than those about a specific location. We also coded a system allowing easy addition and updating of new destinations in future – ensuring the site could be of use for years to come.
How it works
The site runs fuzzylime (cms+), which allowed us sto get it up and running within a matter of days of getting the content. We coded an add-on for the holiday destinations, meaning these were easy to add, with the system processing and resizing pictures as necessary.
