Glasgow Social Enterprise Network approached us soon after the organisation had been set up, and asked us to build its web presence.
GSEN had had a logo and colour scheme developed and we incorporated this throughout the site to make it as bright and inviting as possible.
The site had to do a number of things – it needed to provide information about the network for anyone interested in joining as well as being of use to members.
We built it to include a directory of members and also a list of events, for both members and non-members. It also features a number of sections such as case studies and a member spotlight, which can be easily added to as the site grows.
The site also integrates with GSEN's Twitter feed, with the latest tweet being fed through automatically.
Members can also sign up online and update their details in the directory whenever they want.
How it works
The site is powered by our fuzzylime (cms+) software. We built a number of extra modules on top of this to help manage the site, with specific options for managing members and the events listings.
