We were invited to quote along with designers Forbes Creative to build a new site for the FASS charity, an organisation based in Fife that works with people with alcohol and drug-related problems or those who are socially isolated.
Forbes Creative were commissioned to develop a new brand identity for the organisation as it expanded into a range of areas. This took the form of a refinement of their existing logo, making it more friendly and modern, and was translated into offline design elements.
We then worked with Forbes Creative and the team at FASS on the online side of the project, developing a bright new website to fit in with the new look.
A new structure was produced for the site, making it easier to find key information, and with subsites around each of the organisation’s key projects.
The site also had to feature key information in Chinese, Polish and Russian, and we integrated these sections, with the site’s menu changing to reflect the location of the visitor.
We also coded together interactive maps, allowing visitors to find their nearest support location.
How it works
The site is powered by our fuzzylime (cms+) software, which will make it easy for FASS to keep its contents up-to-date going forward.
