Close the Gap

We initially worked with the team at Close the Gap in 2013 to redevelop their website. Since then, the organisation’s branding was refreshed and we were asked to update the site to reflect this. We also took the opportunity to make the site fully responsive for mobile devices.
The new-look site uses one of a set of colour palettes, which works really nicely on screen. The front page was also updated to add a new section of information and signposts to other sites managed by the project.
Close the Gap aims to address the causes of women's inequality at work and the new site will help them to promote their message even more strongly going forward.
The site is designed to automatically pull through new information such as publications, blog posts and tweets on to the front page, meaning this will be updated frequently with minimal effort by the Close the Gap team.
