We were approached by psychologist Murray Porteous to design an online presence for his renowned problem checklist, the Porteous Checklist, for troubled adolescents.

The challenge for fuzzylime was to take the well-used paper checklist and convert it for use online, while protecting the privacy of all users. We aimed to make the website as user-friendly as possible. The results can be viewed at www.porteouschecklist.co.uk.

The online version of the Porteous Checklist not only makes it much easier for adolescents to answer the questions but it also simplifies the process of assessment for teachers, counsellors, psychologists, social workers and other users.
