I used fuzzylime after they were recommended to me through a friend. I had no idea how I wanted my site to look or how I wanted to operate it – all I had was a new product to the fashion market.

After one meeting with them they advised me on how best to run it and how should look to the end user. I had no experience with websites but they took all the technical things away from me and, once they were finished, they gave me a great site to work with.

This was the third time that I have used fuzzylime, given how impressed I was with their service, quality and attention to detail last time.

Our company designed a system to deliver our product directly to Estate Agents over the web, rather than our traditional CD based hard copy report. Our IT Director designed a fantastic system that also integrated accounting information, but the site looked horrendous! It was clunky and virtually impossible to navigate. Our clients struggled to use it and it was really letting our company image down.

David and Jill listened carefully to my briefing and thought about the system from a user's point of view – something you lose when you are closely connected with a product.
